My reflecton on morning session

  • Interesting
  • Give ideas not for working with teachers, but working with students too
  • I learn from Eric's and Johns behavior too

I agree with you, during the studies at the pedagogical faculties and even at the faculties that prepare teachers for teaching subjects in upper primary and secondary schools, do not learn and practise facilitation skills, although in the modern education the teachers should not only transfer the knowledge to the students, but also to make easy the process of learning.

Anica, Modeling behavior is one of the most powerful ways to facilitate learning. It is important to move beyond ... "do as I say..." toward "do as I do..." This also makes it much more authentic and accessible. I'm so pleased you are able to be with us at this workshop. Your experience and skills are a benefit to all.
