I enjoy afternoon session - building definitions for PEP most used terms.
The last session have to be more practical in future - participants have to have their own hands on activity for creating a concept map. With this activity I am concerned about dissemination process (what if computers are not available for each participant?)

Anica, I also enjoyed this session. I always learn something and my understanding of these concepts becomes richer. I've used this exercise in many situations and I have never been disappointed. It is all too easy to believe that we really understand a complex term just because we use it. Only when we are challenged to create a rigorous definition with peers do we learn formulate effective definitions.
